Corrections Presentations(Population and Staff)I have over 15 years of experience working with helping convicted felons reintegrate successfully into society as well as working with corrections staff, probation officers, and law enforcement. I have spoken at almost every correctional facility in Minnesota and trained hundreds of staff and law enforcement officers including the MN State Patrol. Some of my programs are required classes at Century Colleges Supervisory Management Certification Program for law enforcement and corrections staff. Population reintegration programs deal with: goal setting, life planning, employment, self-motivation, interviewing skills, self-confidence, self-esteem, etc. Corrections staff and law enforcement programs deal with: personality profiling, supervision, leadership, time management, self-motivation, team building, conflict resolution, customer service, leadership, and many others. |
