Biography

Dr. Michael Monroe Kiefer

Born in Albany, NY in 1963, Michael Monroe Kiefer graduated from high school in three years. He received the Teachers' Association College scholarship from Hornell High School in upstate NY. He started college at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1980. He majored in cell and molecular biology and minored in abnormal psychology and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree.

He then attended Texas A&M University for graduate school and graduated in 1988 with a Master of Science degree in genetic engineering.

Michael also has a Ph.D. Summa Cum Laude in behavioral psychology from Addison University. His pioneering dissertation research was on conscious, subconscious and superconscious mental reprogramming models, (NLP).

After graduation, Michael worked for American Cyanamid Corp. creating experimental mutant forms of cow and pig steroid growth hormones. After one year, he was hired by the Northup King Seed Company to run their new multimillion dollar DNA fingerprinting research lab in Stanton, MN. He ran the lab for seven years.

In his late twenties, he was struck down by a genetic disease and had a near death experience yet made a miraculous full recovery. This amazing story is detailed in Part 1 of his masterwork book series, The POWERMIND System. After recovery, Michael left Northrup King and founded POWERMIND Systems Inc. to study human potential, psychic powers, miraculous healings, Eastern philosophies and holistic health. After twelve years of diligent study by Michael and his partners, he published the research results in the form of a book series titled, The POWERMIND System. Instantly the book series was regarded as new age science in the personal development field, selling internationally in its first year of publication. Michael toured the United States 1996-1997 for the Dun and Bradstreet corp. as a national leadership trainer and workshop developer. Michael then left and focused on designing workshops and keynotes that he delivered around the country to: corporations, high schools, colleges, prisons, sports teams, military, government, and law enforcement agencies.

His later research and life coaching business focused heavily on: miraculous healings, psychic powers, ESP, trauma recovery, Tulpamancy, Reiki, Chakra clearing, persona re-creation and energy work. This resulted in the publication of more books detailing Eastern holistic wellness techniques and some of his unusual case studies with clients. Book titles: Superconscious Power- The Science of Attracting Health, Wealth and Wisdom, Spiritual Strength- Training Techniques for Spiritual Restoration, Spiritual Power- Discovering and Amplifying Your Psychic Gifts and Spiritual Ascension- Secrets of the Psychic Masters, Their Origins.

Celebrating more than thirty years as a professional speaker, leadership trainer, life coach, energy worker and holistic expert, Michael has delivered well over 5,000 presentations and coached dozens of individuals and couples.

In his unique life coaching practice, Michael helps people with: trauma clearing, pain management, migraines, PTSD, life planning, career coaching, marriage coaching, depression, belief re-templating, NLP, self-care, persona re-creation, Chakra clearing, energy work and Reiki.

Michael is also an adjunct professor at 6 colleges and an ordained minister.
