Trauma Clearing Regression/Resolution Sessions There are two types of trauma: one type comes from a past experience, usually in childhood; the second type comes from an ongoing abusive relationship with a partner, family member, boss, etc. This needs to be dealt with at the root cause and resolved or the person needs to learn mental shielding techniques against further damage. Trauma clearing sessions involve getting a person into a deep, relaxed, meditative state in a safe space so they can express their feelings and emotions surrounding the traumatic events. Teir voice needs to be heard in a non-judgmental safe place. Most people self-regulate past trauma by hiding or burying it deep inside their subconscious mind. This is ineffective because the hidden trauma becomes a subconscious template affecting a person's resting stress level, connection to their body, decision making, sleep, headaches, physical health and the most damaging effect "mental triggering!" With triggering the person never knows when a person, event, place or action will "trigger" the hidden trauma to bubble up from the subconscious mind and radically effect their behavior in an "outburst or episode". This causes the person and those around them to be "on edge." Always worrying about when the next triggered episode will occur. Sessions involve deep relaxation, decompression, safe regression release and thoughtful resolution to re-template their subconscious mind. Thus, decreasing triggering. Chakra clearing, sound and Reiki are used as techniques to aid these processes. Sometimes two specialists may work with one person to offer another perspective in a session. 2. Chakra Clearing and Balancing- Energy Work There are seven energy centers in the human body. Each one has a physical location and associated emotions. These are 1. Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine 2. Sacral Chakra, located in the pelvis 3. Solar Plexus Chakra, located in the abdomen 4. Heart Chakra, located in the chest 5. Throat Chakra, located in the neck 6. Third Eye Chakra, located in the forehead 7. Crown Chakra, located at the top of the head. When a person has a "blocked Chakra" it can cause physical health issues such as migraines, headaches, digestive problems, anxiety, sleep issues, lower back, neck, arm pain, etc. It can also cause emotional issues such as inability to relax, clear the mind, handle problems, make decisions, think straight, etc. Using Reiki combined with specific sound frequency meditative music along with deep discussion in a relaxed state…Chakras can begin to become unblocked. Resulting in the possibility of better mental and physical health. This technique is most often used to supplement other treatments a person may be using. Sometimes two specialists may work with a person in these sessions to enhance the experience. 3. Intuitive Readings Most people are searching for answers about something in their lives. They seek advice and guidance. Our sessions are purely intuitive and actively incorporate the person seeking answers into the reading. You will be asked about how parts of the reading resonate with you? We may use sketches, drawings, words, names, cards, phrases, numbers, dates, crystals or a talking board, etc. You yourself may get impressions during the reading as well. It is an interactive experience, unlike what most people think of when getting a reading. You can keep any sketches or notes as well as photograph cards or board answers. We may use two readers in one session to enhance the reading experience. Great gift idea for a friend or loved one! 4. Couples Connection Sessions Over time, couples often lose connection in a variety of areas. Stress, anxiety, family pressure, work, time, children and lack of sleep can all have a detrimental impact on a relationship. These sessions are designed to help couples connect better or reconnect. Reiki Energy Recharging and Sound Work Sessions There is an energy field surrounding every person. It is the human energetic biofield, some people refer to this energy field as an aura. Due to negative experiences, negative people, pain, migraines, headaches, health issues, anxiety or fatigue, this energy field can quickly get drained and depleted. Thus, leaving the person unmotivated, lethargic or "monkey minded", meaning they can't shut their mind off and it stays stuck spinning on useless thoughts. Energy recharging involves recharging a person's internal energy sources. Through deep guided meditative relaxation using Reiki and specific sound frequencies correlating to the seven Chakras, a person can be recharged from Root to Crown Chakra. This is a Holistic full sensory self-care experience allowing a person to internally relax and recharge.
